The Pelham House Function Facility features two buildings attached together with a small connector. The main building is a two-story, steel framed building of approximately 13,400 sq. ft. serving as a multi-function facility with a column-free banquet hall, dance floor, and open roof-top deck. The attached service building is a one-story, cold-formed steel framed building of approximately 2,400 sq. ft serving as the kitchen with cooler/freezer and food storage area. Lateral loads (wind and seismic forces) are resisted using steel moment frames and ordinary concentrically braced frames in the main building and flat-strap X-bracing in the service building.
