The project consisted of tenant fit-up and structural renovations to an existing facility that will accommodate the new 23,200 s.f. brewery production and tap room, as well as sub-tenant spaces. This included the addition of a new elevated production platform totaling approximately 2,200 s.f. The new platform framing consists of a 4 in. composite slab on steel beams and girders constructed above the existing elevated floor and supported by the existing building columns. Structural modifications and upgrades of existing columns and concrete footings were required to accommodate the significant increased loading from the brewery production platform.
