The structural system primarily consists of wood roof trusses, floor joists and bearing walls with the integration of structural steel where required to achieve desired open space and program flexibility. Lateral loads (wind and seismic forces) in both directions are resisted by the use of wood framed shear walls. The basement floor is constructed as a concrete slab-on-ground.
