Artis Senior Living of Reading is a new two-story, 36,125 s.f. The facility consists of 64 private rooms for memory care and assisted living. The building is constructed primarily of steel bar joists on cold-formed steel bearing walls.
Base Design Group worked with the build teams in the Delegated Design and Construction phases of the project to provide specialty structural engineering services for the cold-formed steel bearing wall framing. Our firm also provided similar structural engineering services for a new Artis Senior Living in West Windsor, NJ.
